Lisa Piselli


Piselli enters her first season as an assistant lacrosse coach at C.W. Post, She joins the team after her recent stint as head coach of the Long Island Pride Lacrosse Club girls' eighth grade team.

Piselli, a 2007 graduate of Stanford University, was a four year letter-winner and senior captain. She finished her career third all-time in the record books with 101 draw controls. She was also named to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Conference and All-Tournament teams, capping off a senior season that saw Stanford capture its third consecutive MPSF Conference championship.

The Rockville Centre, N.Y. native graduated from South Side High school in 2003, after earning All-America notice her junior and senior seasons. She was also a member of the Under-19 United States National Team.

Piselli received her degree in Bachelor of Arts in American Studies in 2007.



Diana Lopez

Diana is a 2007 graduate of Adelphi University with a B.A in Physical Education and Health.  Lopez was a four year member of the women’s soccer and lacrosse teams.  Diana was part of the Adelphi NCAA Division 2 championship lacrosse team in 2004 and 2006. 

Lopez finished her career as a three time second team Division 2 NCAA All-American selection in 2004, 2006, and 2007, first Team All-North Region team in 2004, 2006, and 2007 and first Team All-ECC selection in 2006 and 2007.

Diana is currently teaching elementary and high school physical education in Hauppauge, NY where she coaches middle school soccer, basketball and volunteers with the high school lacrosse teams.  She has been coaching the LISGYLL and Long Island Wave Girls Lacrosse 2010 team for the past 3 years. 

Diana is a 2003 graduate of Sachem High School in Farmingville, NY



Karen Sulinski

Karen is a 2004 graduate of Adelphi University.  She holds a B.A in Physical Education and Health and is currently finishing her Masters in Health Education.
She was a 4 year member of the soccer and lacrosse team and was large contributor as the captain of the 2004 National Championship team. 

Karen has been coaching various teams for the LISGYLL and Long Island Wave girl’s lacrosse programs for the past 4 years.  She is currently teaching Physical Education in Great Neck Middle School where she coaches girls lacrosse and high school girls soccer. 

Karen is a resident of Huntington, NY where she graduated high school in 2000.


Jen Garone

Jen is a 2004 graduate of Adelphi University where she holds a B.A in Physical Education and Health.  She also has received a Masters in Sports Management.
Jen was a member of the women’s soccer and lacrosse teams during her time at Adelphi. 

Jen has been working in the Hauppauge School District as an elementary Physical Education teacher for the last 4 years.  She is currently coaching the JV Soccer and Lacrosse teams there.    Also Jen has been coaching for the LISGYLL and Long Island Wave Girls Lacrosse Club for the last 3 summers. 

Jen graduated form West Hempstead High School in 2000 where she was a 4 year member of the soccer and lacrosse teams.
